Reservations may be made by phone and will be confirmed by letter upon receipt of deposit.

BOATS
1. Security deposits do not apply toward rental.
2. Security deposits are returned less damages, shortages and fuel consumed, at end of rental.
3. Only if we re-rent the boat will rental fee/deposit be returned, less a cancellation fee of $20
    on pontoons and $10 on fishing boats.
4. Rain - no refunds until after 1l a.m. to allow for clearing or rain stopping (the cancellation fees still apply).

CABINS
1. Deposits apply toward rental.
2. Only if we re-rent the cabin for the nights reserved will the rental fee be returned,
    less a cancellation fee of $20.
3. No refunds for late arrival or early departure.

PACKAGES
1. Deposits apply toward rental.
2. Only if cancellation is two (2) weeks before reservation and we re-rent the cabin/boat
will the deposit be returned, less a cancellation fee of $50.
3. No cancellations due to weather, late arrivals or early departures.
4. No Package Specials in July.

Only Acceptable Payments are Cash, Traveler's Checks, VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card.
